Refund policy

Please note:

We value our customers, but it's your responsibility to be aware of their given tracking information and to inform Miami Booze Traders if a product has not been delivered.

If your order hasn't shown up, please notify us at info@miamiboozetraders.com, and we will investigate and amend the issue.

Miami Booze Traders will not be held accountable for any issues regarding late deliveries, please expect delays when Covid-19 lockdowns are in place.

Any suggested delivery times are purely an estimation and should not be held against Miami Booze Traders.

If you receive your order damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged product to info@miamiboozetraders.com, and also please ship the product back to us.

We will investigate the cause of the damage and when determined the right to do so, we will refund the amount for the damaged goods to the account used to purchase the product.

Will endeavour to ensure a customer is compensated if a delivery has arrived damaged/ broken.

RETURNS:

We have a returns policy lasts 14 days on non-consumable products.

If you wish to return a non-consumable product you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable products.

Cost of shipping for any non-consumable returned items will be at the expense of the customer.
